Our members are very complimentary about how much our counselors care. Our counselors are the only ones in the business who will go beyond just finding you a potential partner--they care. Members appreciate the ability to e-mail, telephone, or fax a counselor at almost any time. This is the sort of service we wish to continuously promote as we believe very highly in customer satisfaction.
